For tire moulds, “sample” usually refers to pattern design, 3D drawings, and mould layout rather than a physical mould sample.

• Design & 3D drawing sample: 5–10 working days

• Prototype engraving / pattern test (if required): 10–15 days
  All designs are provided for customer confirmation before machining begins.

2. Sample Cost

Roadforge offers flexible sample policies depending on the project:

• Design sample (2D/3D/engraving layout):
  Usually free, especially for confirmed orders or long-term customers.

• Prototype engraving / pattern plate:

• If a complete mould sample is requested (rare in the industry):
